“Best Hotel I’ve booked for years. Bottom line: they care. We found new towels and washcloths every evening and those were so appreciated after hot dirty days. Staff was friendly and kind. Room was clean, fresh and welcoming. ”

“Waste from last guest left on trash can. Toilet paper and tissue were almost used out. Apparently the housekeeper didn’t do her/his job well. The cleanness of the room is in doubt.”

“Everything was great! Service was very friendly. Great location to all of the attractions downtown. Only downside was we found ants in our room, not an infestation at all but we did find an ant in our room on four different occasions. Maybe they were due to have the exterminator come? Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.”
