“We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. We especially appreciated the small amenities, like the abundance of towels and the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was fantastic with great outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing! The kitchen fixtures and furniture were all fairly new and well-kept, which was a nice change from some other rental……

“Beautiful inside and out”

“We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!”

“I just finished a relaxing short two night stay at the Seascape studio suite. Upon arrival, I found the suite had not been cleaned, but after calling Munish, he quickly rounded up the cleaning crew. After a beautiful low tide sunset walk on the beach, I returned to find it immaculately welcoming. The suite has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation on Monterey Bay. I can’t wait to escape the busy Bay Area again and enjoy another serene experience.……

“The view - stupendous. This home has all you need to feel at home while on vacation. Kitchen very well stocked and beds super comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, etc. We were three senior couples and enjoyed all but one meal at the house. You don’t want to leave. The owner’s response to questions were addressed immediately. Highly Recommend. ”
