We enjoyed walking to the beach, playing corn-hole in the yard, relaxing in the many places to sit outside, and even being able to cook our own meals with the gas stove! “Beautiful property at a beautiful time of year. Cool and overcast, we enjoyed the amenities on site including hammock and hot tub. Short drive to beautiful and quiet beach parking. Only complaints are noise. Neighbor was doing construction and excavating both days of our visit. Second day of the visit, thousands of bicyclists were screaming and yelling in the street from a very early hour.”

“Loved this place! The parking is super easy, especially if you have small children. Came to Aptos for a UCSC graduation and the distance from campus is great! Pool is heated so my kiddo was able to swim without freezing. Villa is beautiful and has everything you need to have just relax and not be on the hunt for odds & ends. Thanks again guys! ”

“Well appointed property. Phenomenal location. Parking is a bit of a racket downtown, but no fault of the home, just be aware. I covet this little makeup area! The photos are true to life, even better in person. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. ”
