The home fit 6 of us very comfortably (4 adults and 2 kids) and would have been fine with the 2 more adults that were expected to come but could not make it. The kids loved running around in the backyard and we enjoyed an evening around the fire pit. The location is great with the ocean just a few steps away and getting into Monterrey in just a few minutes. Will definitely look to see if this house is available again on our next visit!”

“The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. “As the title says, this place is in the perfect spot for everything. Walk across the street for a great trail along the coast. Walkable to nice restaurants and activities. We rented a car so we explored out a little farther, which was nice. The property was very clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning but we never needed it during our stay in June. In fact we used the fireplace a few times early in the morning. It doesnt look like……

“Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. And there is parking! A sweet place for a nice vacation! ”

“The house met all of our needs. When we arrived the smell was aromatic and clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen on in the cabinets but not a really big deal. We went to run the heat the first night and the airflow was terrible so I looked at the filter in the hall way ceiling return grill and it was completely plugged so I bought a new one and changed it for you. I left the old one in the garage by the washer and dryer. The master bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced also. We enjoyed……

“Had a wonderful two night stay in May and was incredibly happy with the property and area. The place was incredibly cute and perfect for a romantic getaway. Steps from the beach, with a porch and lovely back patio to spend time in. The location is wonderful, a 25 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and more a short walk or drive away.
