“We loved our stay at Jeff and Pam's home in the Monterey Dunes Colony! The view was beautiful and the beach was just steps away. The large kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils, coffee, appliances (blender, cuisinart, toaster, and slow cooker for example) and all the dishes and utensils one could possibly need. We enjoyed the closet with puzzles and games which also housed movies and beach toys and equipment for the various courts at the nearby clubhouse. We were able to kayak at Elkhorn……

“First: BEACHFRONT! We went to sleep with the slider onto a private patio open and fell asleep to the sound of waves!! The beach is private - we literally shared it with one other family. The property was a bit shabby - but NOT dirty. Dated is a good adjective. But the view was worth a bit of dated decore The only bad part was communication with property management. We were checking the next day and still hadn’t received check in information. I texted, called and texted multiple times before I……
