“beautiful and comfortable property. very well appointed with supplies, condiments and water. Thank you. The major detractor was the spa/pool management. We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside……

“The house was very welcoming and sunny. With some communication prior to arrival, the host was able to accommodate all 4 of us in this moderate space. I wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space which included a hot tub and was as large as the inside of the house. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we had no issues with parking or finding the home. We did take advantage of the home's proximity to the beach (5 minutes) and took a long morning walk before our departure.”

“Great neighborhood with plenty of stores around to purchase your last minute needs/groceries for your stay. House was clean with plenty of space for my family. This isn’t our first stay and it won’t be our last. M was very nice and respond fast to all of my messages.”

“This was a great space, conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach! Our family of five enjoyed our one-night stay during my birthday trip. “Host is exceptionally communicative and gives great resources. The house was clean and perfect for our family and our needs. They even have a baby travel crib and a small stroller, which I was not aware of when I booked the house. The location is fairly close to downtown Santa Cruz and within walking distance to the beach boardwalk. During our stay the neighborhood was quiet. Lots of great places to eat around the area and easy access to highway 1. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, peaceful and quiet. It is in the perfect location, and it is also well equipped and has everything we need. Communication was fast and easy, and Andy and Jen always replied quickly and made sure we settled in properly. We had a great time in this cozy house and would love to be back again!”
