“This is an excellent place to stay; the condo was clean, the property was gated, and access to the beach was protected. The condo itself was decorated well and had all amenities. I was able to communicate with iTrips through text and they were super responsive. One day, there was a water main break and water was shut off for a few hours. ITrips communicated with me about the issue and brought bottled water to us to use. So, so helpful. If I could give a 10 star review I would post 10/10 on……

“This condo was perfect for our family with the two sets of bunkbeds. The condo was well furnished and the short walk to the beach was ideal. Pool is very nice. Our host Lisa was great. One thing which has nothing to do with the host or unit. This unit is in a large complex. We observed that the security people were absolutely rude and harsh when dealing with guests. ”

“The front gate process could be streamlined but I do appreciate the security. The condo was on the 3rd floor, and very easy to get to. I very much loved the location just make sure to grab some ice before you get to the condo. There are no stores around, just FYI. Overall I will be booking this place again. Communication was easy. “We enjoyed our stay at this condo. I had never been to St Augustine before and was very lucky to have chosen the perfect spot! The condo is quaint, clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the condo and the development is quiet, clean, felt safe and was close to the beach. There’s also a pool and downtown was a short 15 min ride up A1A. Definitely will stay again if I’m lucky enough to go to St Augustine in the future. ”
