“This property met all our needs. Access to the beach was fantastic and so nice that chairs and toys were provided. The pool is a very good size, the kids had a lot of fun there and playing in the sand at the beach. Saw a turtle in the Dune, walked to restaurants, coffee and donuts. Grocery close by. Beds were super comfy! Will consider this property for our next trip to St. Augustine.”

“The condo itself was a solid 4. Rusty mental chairs on the porch and very used chairs for the beach. The window in one bedroom looked into a dark hallway so the shade was pulled down 24/7, the other window had an outside light illuminating the bedroom all night even with the blinds pulled tight. The screen door of the slider did not slide and had to stay open to get any airHad no interaction with the host.I did love the mattress on the king bed. ”

“Sandy Shores was a great property for our quick getaway. Right on the beach with a great pool. It was clean with plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails listening and viewing the surf from the balcony. Close to all of the historic sites and State Park. “Communication prior to check in was fantastic. When we arrived the parking was easy with a lot of room. We entered the house easily and it was amazingly clean. Danny left us a bottle of the local wine (which we are familiar with) and love. The house is within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants and it’s also within walking distance of the historic part of town and the river. We will definitely stay here anytime we get a chance to visit St. Augustine. ”
