“Loved Tiny Cottqge! A bit of a walk to town, but not bad and a nice way to learn the neighborhood. Enjoyed the comfort of the cozy surroundings with all the things we needed. A great WiFi a parking was convent. Mary was responsive when we asked a simple question. Highly recommend!”

“We had the very best time staying at this sweet carriage house! The courtyard is gorgeous and was perfect for our 2 dogs. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is also impeccable!”

“This property is a perfect getaway location for a stay in Savannah. Located on the eastern side of the Historic District, it's an easy walk to the city's restaurants, squares and parks, historic house museums, and the riverfront. The cottage is perfect for two, and can accommodate two more in a second bedroom furnished with twin beds. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there's even a small screened-in porch and outdoor patio. Communication with Cindy, the owner, went flawlessly and she was prompt……

“Our stay at the cottage was absolutely perfect. I have never stayed in a rental that was exactly as listed. It was so beautiful. Location was perfect. You can walk to almost any location in the downtown area. The cottage was so clean. I'm OCD and couldn't find any area that wasn't clean. Also, the extra little things matter. Such as supplying q-tips, makeup pad removers, more than enough towels, blow dryers, curling iron, as well as a straightener. Includes a full size washer-dryer and even……

“Within 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything , if you have a dog there is a dog park basically a block away .”

“We absolutely loved this cottage! It was clean, had great accomodations, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and only blocks away from points of interest. My only "complaint" was that the TV in the bedroom didn't want to connect to the internet much. So we watched Netflix and whatnot on my laptop in the bedroom almost every night. Other than that, everything was great and we hope to be back again!”

“We absolutely loved this little cottage. We visit Savannah often and decided to give this cottage a try and so glad we did. This was perfect and so close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.”

“First off the beds are phenomenal! We loved the back area including the dipping pool. Landscapers/pool cleaners came each day to ensure area was tidy and pool was cleaned of leaves etc. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer in unit. Parking was plenty but we had to move our car each night for street sweeps. The owner was very responsive and area was safe. (About 2 blocks the area is a little sketchy.) Overall, it was walkable to most destinations in the historic district.(about a mile or so) ”

“Rented both sides of the home for SCAD graduation weekend. Beds were super comfortable, location was fantastic, and having the pools to cool off after long days of walking put this property over the top!I will stay here again…for sure!”

“We have been traveling for 3 months and this is by far the cleanest place we stayed at and the location within Savannah was exactly what we wanted. The pictures are accurate, very comfortable to stay. It is right next to Forsyth park and easy walking to anything you would want to see, even the river front is about 15 minutes. Felt very safe and we found free parking on Hutchingdon, two streets away a 5 minute walk. Make sure to pay attention to signs and when they sweep the street you may……
