“Property location (close to Forsyth) was ideal for us. Outside patio with fountain provided a quiet place just to be. Apartment, itself, was comfortable, and provided for all our needs. The only negative was upon arrival the apt. was not yet cleaned. Apparently there was a miscommunication between cleaning personnel and manager. HOWEVER, and most importantly, the situation was handled quickly, and compensation was given for the inconvenience of waiting for it to be cleaned. I would recommend……

“First off the beds are phenomenal! We loved the back area including the dipping pool. Landscapers/pool cleaners came each day to ensure area was tidy and pool was cleaned of leaves etc. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer in unit. Parking was plenty but we had to move our car each night for street sweeps. The owner was very responsive and area was safe. (About 2 blocks the area is a little sketchy.) Overall, it was walkable to most destinations in the historic district.(about a mile or so) ”

Located in a very walkable neighborhood, it is easy to fit in like a local. I know because I am from Savannah. I look forward to returning to the Rose Cottage. ”

“We loved this cottage!! Perfect for us and our small dog. Gorgeously decorated and so very comfortable! We have stayed in many places and they look gorgeous but are not comfortable, this place was soooo comfotable! From the sofas to the bed and the luxury pillows! I immediately called my daughter to tell her to build a cottage like this for us to retire to!. Location was great for running into savannah. We explored the area and went to the Midway Mueseum and learned alot about the area! Would……

“If you like history, this is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. It’s in the heart of Savannah’s historic district with the prettiest streets being a short walk. The carriage house with parking included is a great bonus! The garage is tight, so plan accordingly. Enjoy!”

“This charming home is was just what we needed! Driving up we were greeted with a nicely groomed yard with spring flowers! Walking into the home, we saw this home was very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and living quarters as well. We immediately made a cup a coffee! Location is everything to us, and this was the right place!Shopping, Restaurants, Wedding Venue, and sights to see are just minutes away! Thanks Josh!”
