“We totally enjoyed our stay! The house was spic & span clean and had everything needed. We loved the quiet location on the beautiful street and didn’t mind walking lots of places. We were missing a remote but got one after two days but we were only watching tv early mornings and late nights so not a huge deal. Highly recommend! The parking spots behind the house are an added bonus!”

“My husband and I loved staying in this little cottage for 3 days. It was cheerful and roomy--especially with the addition of a private patio in the back. I discovered a record player when I first walked in and ended up playing a few old favorites from the record collection. The house is in walking distance to Forsyth Circle and other wonderful historic places in Savannah. We loved having a washer and dryer, and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We have such a pleasant memory of our stay……

“Very nice space for 3 couples. Everyone had plenty of space and the location was super. They rental was very clean. The only issue we had was with the patio furniture. The chairs and sofa are very tired and the covers had holes so the cushions were damp and dirty. They really need to be replaced. Other than that 6 stars!!!! thanks”

“The inside of the house is organized. The carpet and rugs have a lot of animal hair which kept sticking to our clothing. We have people who are allergic to cats and dogs so this was an issue for us. There was a broken floor board in one of the rooms and a nail sticking out too. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there was sufficient supply of towels. The location of the property is within a reasonable distance to all touristy stuff. ”
