“Room was clean, spacious.. but the entire hotel, minus the lobby, is outdated, older and slightly Dingy. Old carpets, elevators floor crackled under my feet. Almost sank a bit. Overall pretty outdated. The lobby gives new appearance. The rooms give 1980’s vibes. Not bad for the price, though, I will say that. You gotta expect a little weathering from a hotel room just under 200. Staff was very very kind. I slept great. So can’t really complain. Oh, don’t go walking around the hotel at night.……

“Hotel Indigo is chic, affordable, boutique hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is very welcoming. It’s just a short walk from Union Station. I opted for a $10 train ride from the airport instead of an $85 Uber. This hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable; inconspicuously nice. ”

“Catbird is a very nice boutique style hotel. The rooms are cute and offer a lot of small extra conveniences like cookware, dishwasher, kettle, and more. The only downside I would be aware of is the parking can be pretty costly. It was over $100 for overnight self parking for 3 nights. Could have been even more if we used the valet. Parking is kind of far too (or at least far enough to make it inconvenient to carry bags too and from.)”

“The staff at this property was amazing, from check-in to check-out and all the questions in between the staff was never too busy to help and provide suggestions. “I'd rate our stay as good, considering we primarily used the hotel as a hub for showering and sleeping during our trip. The facilities seem a bit outdated, almost as if it were a small local hotel acquired by Best Western. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The daily breakfast offered several options, but they were the same every day. The rooms are old but had all the essentials we needed, except for a microwave oven. Everything else was fine.”
