“Tuve una mala experiencia puesto que a la hora de hacer checkout del hotel, demostrando que soy residente en Italia, y que por ende no estoy obligada a pagar el IVA, el encargado del hotel me obligó a hacerlo, diciéndome que no me iba a dejar salir en mi carro si no lo hacía. Esto sucedió ayer a las 2am, horario en que no tenía otra opción que pagar ante la amenaza. Yo le pido a Expedia que tome cartas en el asunto, tanto para recuperar mi dinero como para revisar la atención del hotel. Gracias”

“The hotel was perfect. They didn’t offer me a new room upgrade, even though they had upgrades, but they give me a bottle of wine. It was useless. But all the Hotel is absolutely great and very good staff in a nice place very walkable to everywhere, it blocks from the main mall so I highly recommend recommended.”
