“There was only one receptionist and one cleaning lady. There was some renovation going on so I understand. They have booked me for a double room because of this. I am expecting a refund but I will rate the hotel as very good and safe. ”

“the STAFF was excellent, Nestor was awesome as were the desk personnel. I was going to send a email about this next comment thru an email, but will do it here also. Its was very sad to see a very short hair, light brown and gray man, he seemed to be a manager or owner of the hotel really treat the staff poorly. 2 days he was very abrupt with many of the staff. They ALL did a wonderful job and I would like you to tell them ALL including Nestor. I run a 300 employee company and would never……
