“I arrived early in the morning after an overnight bus ride from Manizales, and despite the usual check-in time being 3:00 PM, they allowed me to check in early so I could rest after not sleeping well during the trip. Additionally, since there was no availability in the 8-person dorm, they upgraded me to a 2-person shared room at no extra cost.
