It's a top quality hotel just outside the craziness of downtown Nairobi and provides all the advantages of a 4 star hotel with a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen in a safe delightful and quiet setting at a much lower price. The front staff is awesome. They do attend to every need. The building currently is undergoing some renovation so I expect the prices to rise, but it’s worth staying there just to eat the food on the rooftop restaurant.”

“It was too expensive for what was provided. I made the huge mistake of booking through Expedia. I originally did so to get my visa not knowing it was non refundable. When I realized I was paying twice what I should have I tried to cancel and the hotel refused to cancel without penalty. I would not return to this property nor use Expedia again to get a hotel booking. I felt cheated and it impacted my entire experience. Non refundable is a terrible policy.
