“The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the stay. The location is perfect - walking distance to the lake, a short drive to Tahoe City, and Sugar Pine Point State Park. ”

“Excellent location and excellent property condition. Older building but the condo was well appointed and in great condition. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and there was a utensil for every need. The walk to the Stagecoach was walkable for a 5 year old girl and her 66 year old grandpa, it’s about 5 minutes each way. The hosts were tremendous with communication. Other VRBO owners should take a class on how to communicate with……

“The bedding was very thin and not complete sets for either bed. The room smelled like a backed up drain and musty. The shower is unsafe as it has no light inside, it’s very dark behind shower curtain and the water turns scorching hot on its own. The room is also lacking plug outlets, only one under tv opposite side of the room from nightstand and definitely no usb plugs either. Property lacking any landscaping, just dirt.Very disappointing.”

“What a beautiful home and about 15 minutes to both Alpine and Palisades, as well as about 1.25 hours to Sierra ski mountains. We loved the walkability to downtown and dog park nearby.”

“We had a great time with our family. The views are great! I would recommend this property for 6 adults and 6 children. One bedroom with 4 twin beds if attached to a bedroom which can be a challenge. The primary bedroom as nice, which had a wonderful shower with great water pressure, however there was no door to the bathroom so be prepared. The home is right off of Hwy 89 so expect traffic sounds. The lake, and private dock are right across the highway which was wonderful to enjoy.”
