“This is a cute little place that for a night or two is perfect for a stay. The surrounding yard, porch area and a few spots inside need some TLC, a few tripping hazards. The kitchen is adorable and efficient. The bedrooms suited an adult and 1 kid each just fine. Checking in was a breeze. However some outdoor lighting would have been great arriving after dark. All in all I’d visit again. ”

“The area is fairly secluded and no one bothered us during our stay, which is what we were looking for exactly. The waterfall area is nice, but could pose a problem for those with mobility issues since the access is a bit steep, so keep that in mind. We paid to access the stocked trout stream and it was nice even though the weather was cold and wet (which trout actually love.) All in all it was a good stay. ”

“My partner and I needed to get out of the city for a few days, and this was a wonderful spot for that. Relaxing in the hot tub was a definite highlight. The cabin itself was nice and cozy. We'll def look into this spot again. Also, check-in instructions and communication were excellent and the host was very responsive. ”

It was clean, user friendly, everything was labeled and convenient, tons of games, billiards table, fire place (it was snowing- in April), absolutely adorable. “Had a nice time with family. House had fun amenities (hot tub, combo gas / charcoal grill, video games). I had a little bit of a learning curve with lights/heating/cooling remotes but eventually figured them out!Lots of hiking options nearby. Split Rock golf course very close, 5 minute drive. Fun course with lots of elevation change. Took a trip to Jim Thorpe one of the days.Communication from owner was great! ”
