“Loved staying here for our yearly float trip. Cabin was spacious and clean. Well stocked with everything you need. Loved sitting on the front porch in the evening. Mary is a very kind and warm person. Don’t worry about the road going into the property it’s not a problem at all. We will 100% stay here again!”

“We ( family of 3 & one extra preteen) had an amazing time at this property . We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Location is amazing if you're going out and exploring. We did a float from alley springs to eminence (water was a bit high so that was the float available) we used Windy's outfitters ( less then a block away) . We explored Ally springs and Rocky Falls. The communication with host leading up to check in was excellent. Getting into the property was no hassle at all. Arriving at property……

“Location was great plenty of room inside and out. Lots of parking. We had no wifi access and communication with manager was slow as we only used emails. She did pass her number and said feel free to call but never answered or returned a call. Overall, those were minor issues and was happy with our rental and would do so again”

“Was amazing and felt like home. Close to almost everything. Was nice to have a place that family could comee over and visit with us while we were there. Will be renting again hopefully later this summer when get to come up again to spend time on the river with family. ”

“Fantastic property and the gravel bar was amazing to relax on. Interior was nice and perfect size for a family with up to 4 kids, the bunk beds are easily full size mattresses! Amenities were nice and sheets and towels definitely clean. The back deck is amazing for morning coffee or peaceful evening and having the smart TVs made for great evening activities since we brought our switch. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!”

“Home is small but very comfortable and well equipped. TV and internet worked well. The home is just off of the main Hwy through town so you can expect some road noise at times. The back yard offers a nice setting to relax. The location was not far from some of the things we wanted to see.”

“It was nice to be able to pull right up to the entrance of the property and walk through the door with no stairs. For a one bedroom one bathroom apartment everything was very spacious and accommodating. We especially picked this because of the king size bed. We were not able to utilize some of the outdoor space, but I imagine it would be really nice to do so. We did however enjoy the wonderful gliders /on the front porch. “The actual property is much nicer than the photos! I really love the screened-in porch with a swing as well as the seating area on the back deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location in the middle of town is perfect walking distance from one end to the other”
