“The house was charming. It was nicely outfitted with everything a traveler might need. The house was located within walking distance of several restaurants. We drove a short distance to tour the Buffalo Trace distillery. The tour was fun and informative. We spent 3 nights in Frankfort and had a lovely time. The hosts were very welcoming and provided information about the a town and what there was to see and do in the area.”

“Great location. Close to distilleries, state capitol, museums etc. Nice neighborhood. Great for walking the dog. Also not far from Lexington and Louisville. Made a trip to Churchill Downs. Highly recommend it! Very clean.”

“The home was well decorated, great location, with good response. Unfortunately the home has ants, as has mold/algae in the Kuerig machine which made it unusable, some beds did not have linens and had to reach out to get access to locked closet at bedtime which was inconvenient, one of the second floor bedrooms does not have a door, second floor restroom has a window in the shower that does not have covering allowing ability to see into shower, and enough toilet paper was provided. These things……

“The locations is what we were really looking for so that was perfect and well worth our money. Unfortunately, the upkeep of the house itself and its features such as the DIY upgraded bathroom were poorly maintained which was a disappointment.”
