“This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. Fire pit in the back yard that overlooks the lake. There were Kayaks for the family to enjoy as well as games in the home for the kids. The home was very welcoming and spacious. For less than we would have paid for a hotel room we got a whole lake house to ourselves. Everything was an easy drive away. We visited Holiday World, Top Golf, Put Shack, Kingpin Bowling Alley, Activate(kids had a blast), Louisville Slugger Museum, Glen Oaks……

“We were hit with a snowstorm the day we were to arrive. Our crew all lives within a few hours but roads got pretty bad pretty quickly and we all arrived much later than expected, and even with 4 wheel drive none of us were able to get our cars up the driveway. The owners were kind enough to shuttle us (all 13 of us!) and our belongings up to the house in their big beast of a truck as we all arrived throughout the evening. Very much appreciated! It was a wonderful stay and we all had a great……

“Our family enjoyed many years living in this historic neighborhood. I couldn’t believe this cottage was available in VRBO. First, this secluded neighborhood is beautiful 365 days a year. Wildlife, deer and massive trees add to the charm of this property. Matthew has restored this lovely cottage to an efficient and comfortable space. Whether sitting on the porches or walking the neighborhood, The Hummingbird’s interior is well thought out and plenty of space for everyone. Excellent……
