“Madison is fairly rural with no Interstate highway. You'll be driving on two lane road for a good clip. To avoid tolls near the major cities, use Google maps.The Artist's A Frame is located in a quiet suburban-like area on a cul-de-sac with two golf courses nearby. It has two bedrooms, a nice kitchen, dining area, large living room, and patio with a BBQ and umbrella covered table.Fridge is an adequate side-by-side with an ice maker. “We were in town to watch some of our grandkids participate in the national archery tournament. This house worked perfectly for us and it also had a lot of amenities. Nice area and host was very helpful.”

“We had a weekend wedding at Gheens Foundation and this rental was a great space for us in between wedding activities. Very spacious, beds all slept great, kitchen was well equipped, nice outdoor space, and plenty of parking. My only concern was no access to the washer and dryer but it wasn’t a big deal since it was only two nights. The owner was very responsive! Great place for a large family! ”

Its a beautiful area, close to so many attractions, and the hosts are fantastic. The master bed is the best nights sleep! Cant wait to be back again!”

“This house was prettier and more special than the pictures display. What a gem! We came in for my son’s wedding- family of the groom and it was perfect for my extended family to hang out, including my 92 yr dad. We relaxed in between activities- it is extremely convenient to Louisville and any nearby stores for last minute needs for events. Each room and patio gave a feeling of zen, peace, beauty, a wonderful way to quietly start and end the day plus also entertain in with brunches and family……

“5 BR, 5 BA was awesome! House was very clean. The inside patio fireplace was not working but would have been nice to enjoy. Spacious house. Missing lightbulbs in light fixtures, not providing luggage racks, and nightstands in some bedrooms would have added to the amenities. Our group of 10 adults would definitely rent tjis house again!Missinlightbulbslight bulbs ”

“This was a "Girl Cousin's Get Away". The house was perfect for us; we had two mother/daughters, and then 3 singles. With the 2 1/2 baths it worked great and the kitchen living room area was open and big enough for lounging and visiting around the table. Weather was a bit cool that weekend and our activity schedule didn't allow us to utilize the nice back yard. The location was perfect our the activities we chose (Churchill Downs, Bardstown, and Hermitage Farm). We didn't cook at the house,……
