“Our first time here and we were desperate trying to find a decent hotel to stay at after a bad experience in Holton. Imagine how happy we were when this hotel was clean, had excellent dining options, and truly helpful staff members. They were beyond accommodating to my elderly parents with mobility issues. If we find purselves in Kansas again, we will definitely be staying here. The only negative thing I can say, is I don't like how they've hung onto the Covid era, "We are not making up your……

“ I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation. They never offered to refund any part of my payment and or update the advertisement. A extra blanket in the room would be nice it is……
