“In general, it is a good new hotel, but... when i was checking-in i was told that there was no room booked on my name even though i paid it in advance. Later they told me that they do not work with Expedia (where i booked this hotel) and asked me to pay for my stay. Of course, i refused because i already paid and couldn't cancel it. It was late night. They let me to stay and promised to solve the problem next morning. However, when i was checking out they told me that i must pay for my stay……

“The hotel is quote close to the Samal bus station (around 10 minutes by local bus). The room is clean and tidy. Plus, the staff are REALLY helpful, especially in helping us in register issue. Really recommended. : )”
