“This was a very nice older, two-story condo, with an outstanding deck that was only about 40 yards from the water’s edge. Quiet beach. It really gets dark at night, none of the ambient light from big condo complexes (none of thise on Englewood). A number of nice restaurants and beach bars were only 2-3 minute drive or a short walk. Beachcomber was greatatmosphere and good “bar food”. Farlow’s was a 10 minute drive but outstanding seafood. Publix, Starbucks, and Walmart are only a 7-10 minute……

“The apartment is comfortable. The porch overlooking the beach is wonderful . Unfortunately, the damage from the hurricane is up and down the beach and definitely makes the area less desirable. That’s not the fault of the owner . The owner could have been more forthright about the damage though. We were shocked at the devastation. ”

“The unit was just as expected. Very nicely equipped and accommodating. LOVED that it had Xfinity cable tv in addition to the streaming. Thoroughly enjoyed that! The pool was absolutely wonderful…just the perfect temperature at all times. The beaches are just a short drive away..and love that Publix and Bealls are right across the street. “I would love to give this place an excellent review, but I was very disappointed that they never mentioned the construction going on from the hurricane. The noice was VERY LOUD and woke me up at 8:00am every day. Noise so loud you will have to leave condo for the day.It’s too bad because it was a cute condo on a nice beach. Unfortunately a very small pool loaded with kids every day. As far as I could tell the construction will be going on for another month or so.”

“Excellent condo and host! Loved our views of the bay and all its wildlife, and the easy walk to the beach which has been replenished with sand. Lots of storm clean-up work still ongoing on the island, but Island Breeze property is in great shape. In the unit, we especially appreciated the comfy beds, the tastefully updated space with a very well-equipped and big kitchen, and a nice bathroom. Our host was excellent, communicated thoroughly and was very responsive. Would love to come back!”

“This is a great little place right in the middle of a beautiful key. The area is quiet, the beach is amazing, and there was a great mix of snowbirds, families, and couples wandering about every day.
