“Perfectly clean, perfectly appointed, & amazingly convenient! The public boat launch is across the canal & Florida’s favorite grocer only 1/2 mile away. Perhaps the best seafood restaurant for miles is literally at the end of the street. Yet the house is on a quiet street and a self-contained vacation in itself. “Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house.”

“We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled……

“The house was just as it’s described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda, so the location was perfect for us. Overall the neighborhood was quiet. The home is close to Veterans Parkway and 75, which we could hear at times (just rush hour times), but not overly loud. The proximity worked out well for us to get to where we needed and quickly! Manasota Key Beach is about 45 mins away, which is loaded with shells. My……
