“The house was just as it’s described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda, so the location was perfect for us. Overall the neighborhood was quiet. The home is close to Veterans Parkway and 75, which we could hear at times (just rush hour times), but not overly loud. The proximity worked out well for us to get to where we needed and quickly! Manasota Key Beach is about 45 mins away, which is loaded with shells. My……

“Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house.”

“Outstanding and beautiful home. Limited places nearby and fairly far from the beach. Pool is amazing though and makes up for it. Limited nearby food areas. Friendly neighbors. Hosts were very helpful with any questions. “The property had most everything we could hope for. It was in a great location, near to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog and bicycle friendly.It had a nice, fenced back yard along a boat friendly waterway. The enclosed lanai and warm pool was great to sit out on. “Location of the unit was perfect. No issues getting around. The unit was very clean and has everything you would need for a beach day at Gasparilla island. The owner was very quick with communication and answering any questions. Definitely highly recommended using this location. Looking forward to our next visit. ”

“Very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there! Favorite part is the back yard little oasis with waterfall pond that you can cool off in! Mind you it is a pond not a swimming pool so it is natural but that’s what we loved about it! Trees, cactus and flowers all around it with stepping stones and sandy area that gives it a beachy vibe. Hot tub was amazing too even in July as the heat was off but stayed at a refreshing 90 degrees for an evening relax. Above all we really like the quiet……
