“We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“Great place to stay at. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to the university campus but a great plus that parking was included. Place had the essentials you needed and kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances. Spacious area and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was included. Would stay here again, would recommend to family and friends.”

“Rebecca was so easy to communicate with and went out of her way to see we were well taken care of. The condo was so nice and the location couldn’t be better! “The apartment had a great location close to the beach , shops and restaurants. It was very spacious with lots of closets. It included a washer/dryer and an outdoor sitting area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had central AC which was delightful during the hot weather. The property managers had their office in the building. They were very friendly and helpful. It's a really great place.”

“The property manager was incredibly helpful. We booked an upstairs unit by mistake and we have a wheelchair user in our family. He worked it out so that we could have the downstairs unit. He went above and beyond and we were grateful. The house is quite old and needs a LOT of TLC. Hopefully remodeling and upgrading will be done. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a roof over our heads and a place to sleep, but if you are looking for a newer, more bougie……
