I called and texted the numbers I had and it took over an hour to have someone come and change the battery. Gary was great and I appreciate him coming to help. He also was able to provide us with the code needed for the gate and the door to the unit. “Property was near beach as advertised but bnb was unkept and needed more attention to cleanliness. Towels were dingy and tables and furniture sticky. Also the bathrooms emitted an order of deep neglect. However the communication with the bnb staff Ms Mona was exceptional. ”
