“We had our 5 year old granddaughter on Spring Break and enjoyed the beaches very much. We really liked Big Lagoon State Park and it was fun watching the Blue Angels fly. ”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. A little out dated on a few items, but nothing to complain about. The TV's had netflix on them, so the kids could watch before bed. The walk to the beach was short, just across the road maybe a 3-4 minute walk. Even with it being the 4th of July week, the beach was not over crowded. The only complaint we had is the elevator was broken. They had to order the part, so it was out our entire stay. It was not fun carrying all……

“Everything was as listed, except for security cameras were installed both outdoors facing the driveway and indoors at the bottom of the stairs. Four cameras in total were installed (that we could see). The listing did NOT mention use of security cameras at time of our booking, but the listing has since been changed after we brought this to VRBO’s attention. ”

“This was our third stay. Marina staff is always very helpful. Launch ramp is about a mile away if you bring your boat. We fished for three days and the best fishing was off the front porch of the houseboat!Downtown Pensacola is a short walk with many restaurant options. This is a great place to enjoy the water and local life.Highly recommended!”

“We enjoyed a short 2 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beach and short drive to stores and restaurants. It was clean.There are stairs to the front door and the bedrooms, that may be a consideration for some.I think it was a good value for the location.”
