“Stikliai have always been a signature Vilnius’s hotel so we had very high expectations for this 5* place. And its still has a very lovely lobby and restaurant as well as location is amazing for tourists. However, everything else was disappointing. First of all, reception staff was average. They did not provide us any information at all, neither about food, wifi, other available services. The only fact they cared about is to make us wait for extra 40 minutes as our room was not ready and they……

“I was surprised by its very nice and free breakfast. You can order meals from the breakfast menu and your meal was served by a very beautiful and delightful food decoration. That's very nice.”

“Location is marvellous, but can be a problem. It is right at the center of the old town. Do not expect a big room. The room is surrounded by other buildings, so it is a bit dark. We stayed at the other wing of the hotel where there is no lift! But you want to get to the old town quickly, this is it.”

“Most importantly the apartment is situated in the middle of the Old Town surrounded by lots of restaurants and the Iki supermarket is just across the road. On arrival at the gate I was informed that entry was gained by pressing a button inside the gate, no button was obvious as it was behind the lock, I eventually worked it out. There is a severe unmarked trip hazard when entering through the gate. On entering the apartment it was clean but only one of the two beds were made up and the dishwater……

However my room is a little bit far from the lift while the signs are not clear - easy to get lost. And the hotel is a quite far from public transport so i need to take a taxi/uber to transfer from/to the train/coach stations.”

“It took me a little bit to access the property because the address is not easily accessible from the street. Once I accessed the property everything went well except for the WiFi. I could not access WiFi during my entire stay. Other than that the property is very clean and walking distance from both the main bus and train stations. I walk to and from the old town and everything else I needed to access. I appreciated very much having a washing machine in the apartment. Everything is brand new in……

“Good location: halfway between the train/bus station and the old town, both within easy walking distance. Spacious room: More than adequate for single travelers. Rooms have good layout too. My room is on the second floor and there is no lift. So probably a good idea not to carry huge luggage. The only downside is that the housekeeping is not very thorough.They either forgot to replenish the shower gel/shampoo or the teabags and coffee. I stayed four nights and not once were both fully……
