“Had a great time. Property was perfect location. House was the perfect size for family of 6. Built in entertainment with the sheep next door. No traffic. No bad smells from farm. Chicken and geese in the morning. Buy some feed from store and feed through the fence. Take the tour of the corn field and drive to Ellijay downtown. About 10 minutes. Highly recommend. ”

“This is a great location for access to the Hiwassee River and surrounding area. Very comfortable for 10 to 12 guests. The screened porch was the gathering place of choice after a day of paddling. Our group wants to stay here again next year.”
