“We really enjoyed our stay at the Serenity Point cabin. It's in a gated community and feels quite safe. The cabin is located near the top of the mountain which is great as it's very quiet, but as the listing mentioned, it's a pretty tough drive up with some steep corners so an SUV, 4 wheel drive or all-wheel drive is definitely recommended. “This property was great! The houses were exactly as advertised, clean and right on the river! We had a great time! We got to see river otters which was great as well! Everyone had a wonderful time! I will say that river access right at the house was not "easy" for everyone. They do release the dam early in the day so if you are not a river person you have to be out before that happens, which our littles were a little disappointed, but they had plenty to do with the amenties the house offers! “The cabin has everything you needed, the kids absolutely love it, it’s very clean, the river is very soothing. We absolutely love this place, and it’s very convenient to stores and very close to the main road, you don’t have to deal with a lot of curvy road getting in and out. We’d come back to this cabin again. ”

Make sure you bring a 4 wheel drive car for a safer drive and flashlights in case you get to the chalet late at night. Also, the heated floors is a plus when you come in the winter!
