“It is convenient to live here for me in the period, and they really served a good service. I am enjoy staying in the hotel.”

“Paid 25 Euro more for an upgrade to a room with balcony that you can watch the Flower Parade from there comfortably. Room is spacious and clean with a supper comfy bed. Parking lot costs 24 Euro and the breakfast is 19 Euro. Both are pricey but convenient. No time to use the swimming pool and spa.”

“The hotel has been recently modernised which is great but unfortunately the hotel has lost some of it's charm as a result. The money could have been better spent on improving the lifts and the general hotel shared spaces”

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Got the cosy single room, which was great and more than sufficient for my needs - good sized desk and a some electrical outlets woth built in USB ports. Nice clean bathroom. Would have been good if the late night access could be done with the card - had to wait 10 minutes while the person at the desk was helping a customer.”
