“We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise. ”

“Do not arrive without a car. It is not far from the airport but there is no shuttle. Taxis come from Tarbes and charge 20 euros to come to hotel before taking you anywhere”

“Parfait. L’hôtelier est sympathique et fait tout pour que le client soit satisfait. Les chambres sont propres, le lit confortable et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est hyper centre. Le petit déjeuner est agréable. Point important : un jus d’orange frais que l’on presse soit même, une machine à café classique mais accompagnée d’une machine Nespresso pour une meilleure dégustation, des yaourts locaux excellents.
