“I loved the convenience of right on the beach. Very walkable. Just wish that there was a variety of cuisines at the resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again.”

“So here’s the thing: This place probably used to be majestic, and the more people that stay there, the better I assume it will get, from the revenue generated. It’s currently mid-renovation, and only one of the big houses is even open. So you’re basically getting a studio apartment (maybe there are bigger suites) on the side of a Caribbean mountain (my cabbie said, “this is just a little hill…”). You CAN see the city and the water, but neither is all that close so rent your own car or spend more……

“This property has a beautiful panoramic & breathtaking view of the ocean and St. Thomas Bay. It is close to downtown, and simply beautiful. The rooms are simply appointed and very clean. Libby is an excellent host, making guests feel like you're visiting their home. You'll be well taken care of at Island View Guesthouse. Delicious breakfasts also. ”

“Lyndsey and Chase were fabulous hosts. They welcomed me and my family and provided detailed recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. They also helped arrange for taxi service as it can be difficult to get a taxi once on the island. The boutique hotel has great amenities, they have thought of everything including Nespresso machines in the rooms! I will recommend Mary Anne as a great place to stay while visiting St. Thomas! Would definitely stay here again upon returning. ”

“Enjoyed my stay at the property with my family. Clean and good amenities. Beautiful views and right in Charlotte Amalie. Lots of stairs. Restaurant was good-nice staff and food. However, front desk staff could have been friendlier and could never get responses to inquiries via Expedia or email. ”

“Very good location, short drive to red hook, bar, food, and beach right in front of the condos. Watch out for seaweed around this time of the year. All of the seaweed comes from the east which is where this beach is located. Other than the seaweed everything was perfect. ”
