“We have been coming to Naples Bay Resort for 15 years now & this villa was the best equipped for all of our family’s needs! We will definitely book it again, overlooking the tennis courts & pool with luxury immenitie!”

“Only thing I didn't like was that the water in the shower started getting cold pretty quickly. Otherwise, everything was great! Specifically the customer service! I talked on the phone with Paige with Breakaway Vacations multiple times and she was incredibly friendly and helpful!”

“Although small, this house was both clean and well furnished. Location, location, location! It’s in the middle of everything, which makes it a perfect base for exploring the area and pretty close to the beach. Would we go back? Absolutely!!”

“Great property, very clean and comfortable! The pond in the backyard and wildlife was beautiful. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating!”

“If everything is perfect at check-in, that’s great. But we did have several issues. The owner got on each right away! Couldn’t ask for any faster problem solving and response time, he even compensated us for inconvenience. Great owner to rent from! Well equipped place with a fantastic pool!”

“This updated and comfortable place is a great landing pad for people who are mostly out and about. It is clean and comfortable but best suited for 1-2 people since it is quite small. Well-appointed, very clean, and equipped with all basic kitchen items and linens. Of note, there is no dishwasher. Hosts were very communicative and check in/check out was very smooth. The TV requires a Google TV account to access streaming capability. ”

“The location to our activities was perfect. Fabulous restaurants with in 5-20 min. Grocery store 5 minutes away. The house was the perfect size and had two bathrooms. One small critic, please spend a few 's on a new couch before someone hurts themselve with flat cushions and no support while sitting. ”

“Great place! Just enough space for the two of us. View is wonderful and we spent our evenings sitting outside around the chiminea, which is our favorite thing to do back home. Loved being close to fun things to do and Naples Beach is just a short drive. The place is exceptionally clean, which was a bonus for us neatfreaks! Was a little apprehensive pulling into the immediate area the night we got there because some of the modular homes were a little sketchy, but the area seems to be going……
