“Such a cute place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved the coffee, water, and ice cream stations. They had many nice offerings for free throughout the day. The rooms were always so fresh and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is located right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to everything! Also, the ferry depot is right up the street! ”

“I've stayed in my fair share of five star hotels but this was by far the best overall hotel experience I've ever had. It's an absolutely beautiful property right on the water with so much charm, and the location is perfect. You can walk or ride their bikes to pretty much everything. The hotel also offers a BMW car service that's very lux and convenient. The rooms are extremely comfortable. But what really makes this such a special place is the staff. “Wonderful boutique inn in a fantastic location downtown. Staff were were terrific. We arrived early and they invited us to hold our luggage and enjoy breakfast. It was nice having breakfast included: coffee, tea, juice, croissants and muffins, fresh fruit, hard boiled egg and yogurt and overnight oats with fruit. “The location was unbeatable and the hotel oozed charm with updates and attention to detail. Great decor, delicious little breakfast (the croissants were homemade and incredible, the juice freshly squeezed) and the staff was kind and thoughtful (there's a daily drink for guests each evening and when I told them I didn't drink alcohol, they brought me and my daughters a delicious non-alcoholic bottle....so thoughtful).
