“I've stayed in my fair share of five star hotels but this was by far the best overall hotel experience I've ever had. It's an absolutely beautiful property right on the water with so much charm, and the location is perfect. You can walk or ride their bikes to pretty much everything. The hotel also offers a BMW car service that's very lux and convenient. The rooms are extremely comfortable. But what really makes this such a special place is the staff. “We absolutely loved Faraway. The rooms were charming and the location was superb. Whole in the heart of downtown, it was extremely soothing and restorative. The patio is lovely and the on site coffee bar was an added bonus. Having bikes , towels and beach chairs available was of immense value. We are already talking about when we can get back’ ”

“The property is conveniently located, only a couple blocks from shopping, the Whaling Museum and restaurants. The fire pit offered a relaxing place to meet fellow guests. Delicious breakfast! The availability of coffee and other beverages and snacks all day long was greatly appreciated. Comfortable and handsome room. Super friendly and accommodating staff.”

“Wonderful boutique inn in a fantastic location downtown. Staff were were terrific. We arrived early and they invited us to hold our luggage and enjoy breakfast. It was nice having breakfast included: coffee, tea, juice, croissants and muffins, fresh fruit, hard boiled egg and yogurt and overnight oats with fruit. A nice inside seating area and Avery nice outdoor area as well. You can have a glass a wine and relax there. Fire pits which we didn’t get a chance to use. We were in Room 6. It……

“Such a cute place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved the coffee, water, and ice cream stations. They had many nice offerings for free throughout the day. The rooms were always so fresh and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is located right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to everything! Also, the ferry depot is right up the street! ”
