“This is a very nice hotel. I didn’t like all the kids in the hot tub in the pool area. Kinda ruined it for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary. Mostly in the room because of all the kids and the parents that didn’t monitor them. I didn’t even see staff enforcing the rule of 16 and under can’t be in there. Very disappointing. ”

“We were going to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. We decided to come down a day early and stay in Falmouth. The Iris looked nice online and had an indoor pool (important to my wife). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby was impressive. The pool made my wife very happy and gym had the equipment I needed. “The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”
