“We loved this hotel. The atmosphere and staff were lovely, the bed comfortable, breakfast simple but yummy, lots of amenities, and we loved the location, being close to the main part of town yet a little out of the way, so in a quiet neighborhood. The only negative was that the room was a little small - not the purported 250 sf., more like 200 sf, at most. ”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
