“Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.”

“Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! ”

“Absolutely fantastic stay, the place was immaculate on arrival complete with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. “Great, new build home that is spacious and comfortable. Located close to the airport and two bus routes, it is surprisingly accessible even without a vehicle. The beds are the most comfortable we have had on the island, greatly appreciated. Beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas, and towels were new/like new and made our time at the ocean incredibly enjoyable. We will definitely consider staying here again. ”

“Michael is an exceptional host with great communication. The property itself is perfect for families, with plenty of room and all the necessities you may need. “My family and I were very excited for our first beach vacation in Dennis Port, and Susan and Mark's condo exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spacious enough for our family of four, including an 11- and 13-year-old, to live comfortably, and everything was clean and well-stocked. “We had a fantastic stay at the Gem of the Ocean! You couldn’t ask for a better location: walkable to pretty much everything in OB, very close to the bus if visiting other towns, and amazing views. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
