“The condo was clean and well equipted. There queen bed, 2 twins in loft and a futon and a sleeper chair.. Though small you could do lpts of butts in beds.We only had 2 of us but I though a family could fot. Steps from its beatiful quiet private beach. We enjoyed bird watching and saw a herd of seal return each day. The stars were bright at night as was the cool lighthouse light. Being next to a wildlife refuge was cool. “Seemed like it was recenty updated and refinished. Location was amazing, and everyone was so super friendly. Deck was great. Bed needed work, when you sat on the end of the bed the head of the bed lifted like a see saw, LOL! We both got a good laugh! TV remote would not shut off or adjust volume. They need to add towel racks in bathroom, very important! Regardless of the few finishes that need to be made, it was an amazing stay!”

“My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again.”
