“Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. ”

“We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. ”

“Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!”

“This small cottage was the meeting point for our adventures hiking and simple beach days around Chatham. The location is equidistant from restaurants, stores and the beaches. The cottage is well appointed indeed with nicely equipped and attractive compact kitchen, comfortable living/dining areas. The terrace is lovely and private with a fun outside shower. The second bedroom was confining, but both mattresses high quality.It would be helpful if there is a guidebook to working the TV and the……

“Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit.”

“We loved our stay! We were right in the center of everything on the Cape! We loved being able to explore and have day trips to other towns. We were steps from the beach and had a gorgeous view! Steve was great to work with…we hope to come back someday!!!”

“Perfect getaway”

“We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!”
