“Wish it was warmer lol stayed and it snowed ”

“We were in town for a family wedding, and our group had all adults. The dining room is a nice space. The kitchen is a bit small. Overall, the house was clean and perfectly located. There were a few aspects that were less convenient . We would have liked to the ootion of having a full coffee pot. Atrash cans ”

“Great location and really neat historic property. Spacious yard and nice extras like beach equip, provided linens and basic toiletries. Bathrooms are older 1960s vintage (if you like or don’t like that). Note that the upstairs three bedrooms (two twins and one queen) do not have any air conditioning - just fans. We got a cool week in the mid 70s so it wasn’t too bad for our 8 and 10 year old - but would have been tough if it was much hotter. Also - safety note that the steep stairs going to……

“Horrible: We rented this house for 3nights/4 days but left after the first night due to the bad air quality. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, and the thermostat does not work. It was over 91° with extreme humidity. Our family had to SLEEP IN THE BASEMENT to keep cool & breathe. Only 2 window fans, and box fan provided. The WiFi never worked, so we used up all our data. The TV never worked because it ran off of WiFi (streaming only). Now, with fees, we’ve paid over $800 for one night in the……

“We enjoyed our stay at the house this year. We had rented the same house for 7-8y but it wasn't renting this year. I love the quiet neighborhood and the shady backyard and porch for hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was nice. Alex was very easy to communicate with.”

“What a charming old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Ed couldn't have been nicer and greeted us as we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the house. The location was perfect for us to visit our son who is working in the area. House was super clean and our two small under 20lb. (noisy) dogs were welcome. The dresser in the bedroom is the same antique dresser I have at home!! I would stay again. We had fun watching the wild turkeys that were nearby. Thanks again Ed.”

“The property was clean, the location was amazing. As soon as we entered the smell was almost unbearable, smelt like old mothballs. It’s an old house with so many nicknacks you have to put some away so they don’t get broken. That didn’t bother us we love all the charm of a house with character. I had to get incense and vinegar to put in bowls to help get rid of the smell, it did work a little. If there was another option we would have moved it was that bad. We couldn’t use the dressers in the……
