“We stayed there as a family for the long Easter weekend, to follow and cheer our son who was running in the Boston Marathon. The location was perfect, less than 30 minutes from Boston Common by car or transit. The house was beautiful, with all the necessary amenities, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Susan was very quick to respond to all queries. A must stay.”

“This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience……

“Such a unique gem, it will delight you in so many ways. Pictures are accurate - even better when you see it. Beds are comfy, decor is uplifting and beautifully done. My sister and I wanted to take my Mom away for a special treat for a weekend and she said she felt like she was whisked away for a magical week. Many restaurants are closed off season; we went to Island Kitchen 2x - fantastic! Could’ve easily shopped and cooked, but nah! Although it is walking distance to everything, mom’s mobility……

“We plan to come back. This was a great place for 3 couples. We had a little problem with bugs but nothing we couldn’t handle. Close to the bay and everything we wanted. Definitely a good experience. Recommend”

“Location was very convenient to all the beaches and hiking! 4 stars for the location and price compared to other options, but be aware that the amenities are pretty basic. The house was adequately sized for our family of four but teens found the beds very small. (Room w 2 twins is clearly geared towards littles, w kitschy Tinkerbell lamps.) As others mentioned, bathroom repairs are needed (instead of fixing the running toilet, they just removed the flusher entirely, plus we noted a few other……

“We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.”
