“Thanks to Josh's great hosting, the comfort of the house, it's coziness, and well stocked kitchen, we had the best Christmas holiday. It's been a while since my family has been able to spend the holidays comfortably under the same roof. We're so thankful because Josh made the process so simple that we were able to spend time on what is important, the company of family. It was a blessing for everybody to be able to sit down together for Christmas dinner.”

“The house itself is just as described and a great location. The host was responsive and helpful leading up to check-in. I would recommend taking pictures on the first day of your stay as I was blamed for carpet stains that were already there. You may also want to let the host know how many cars you plan to have in the drive way as the neighbors will perceive it as a party and call if not known before.”

“Our family of 5 with teen and adult children loved our week in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect upon arrival - we enjoyed the pool space outside. Pool was lovely and well cared for - the entire property was. Walking into town everyday for coffee, nearby beaches(lighthouse and Chappy) and walking to l'etoile, Atria, the Atlantic and Alchemy for dinners was a breeze. We had plenty of space when we watched a movie all together or played games. We would love to return to this lovely spot!……

“Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ……

“Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars.”
