“This is an amazing property. It is my second stay there… The staff are just lovely. The room was very quiet and had everything we needed. They do provide beach towels and beach chairs complementary should you need them. They do not have a place to store your luggage. Should you arrive early or depart late. “I gave an overall rating of 4 because my room was so small, I was totally miserable. This Queen ocean view room, in the older part of the hotel is not worth the rate of over $550 per night. I regret not reserving a king room. I definitely will not make that mistake again. The property itself is an ideal place to stay.”

“Truly an outstanding property and exceptional value for this area. Located right across from the harbor with a wraparound porch for taking in the sunset. Easy walk to tons of dining, shopping, ferry and bus stops.”

“As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Junior who was working the front desk. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was fantastic. We ended up with a room with a porch. “The location is ideal with gorgeous views and within walking distance of restaurants and the Gingerbread village. The space itself is adequate. We’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t provide sheets and towels but there are island services that provide them if you give adequate notice There were 2 of us and we stayed 3 nights; the sheet and towel service was 97. “This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!”

“This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all,……
