“This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill.”

“The house is very nice and a short walk to the ferry and the beach.There is a backyard grill and cornhole game in the garage. There are also bikes and beach chairs if needed in the garage.Very nice stay once again!”

“We were shocked when we arrived at this property. The word "rustic" should be added to its description. The front door to the property is a sliding glass does that does not from the outside. When we walked through the house upon arriving, we walked through spiderwebs on the inside of the house, the smell of mildew was overwhelming, most of the windows had been screwed closed with no way to open them, there were rodent traps in every room, the mini splits (AC units) worked extremely well, the……
