“My friends/family and I had an awesome stay at Scott place! Right on the water, gorgeous views, and responsive host. We didn’t have enough towels when we got there and Scott had the cleaners bring them over first thing in the morning. Will look to stay here in the warmer weather in the future!”

“We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was absolutely immaculate inside and appointed with everything we could need and more. The house is light and airy inside, which helped when we had a few days of rain. The location is secluded in the woods (be careful, we did find ticks on us) but a short drive away from the beaches. We will definitely be back ”

“We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.”

“What a charming old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Ed couldn't have been nicer and greeted us as we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the house. The location was perfect for us to visit our son who is working in the area. House was super clean and our two small under 20lb. (noisy) dogs were welcome. The dresser in the bedroom is the same antique dresser I have at home!! I would stay again. We had fun watching the wild turkeys that were nearby. Thanks again Ed.”

“We were in town for a family wedding, and our group had all adults. The dining room is a nice space. The kitchen is a bit small. Overall, the house was clean and perfectly located. “My family and I spent three nights here; it was a perfect long weekend on the cape. The location is second to none—you can walk to the beautiful Sandy Neck Beach and lots of local stores nearby. “Thanks to Josh's great hosting, the comfort of the house, it's coziness, and well stocked kitchen, we had the best Christmas holiday. It's been a while since my family has been able to spend the holidays comfortably under the same roof. We're so thankful because Josh made the process so simple that we were able to spend time on what is important, the company of family. It was a blessing for everybody to be able to sit down together for Christmas dinner.”

“The house itself is just as described and a great location. The host was responsive and helpful leading up to check-in. I would recommend taking pictures on the first day of your stay as I was blamed for carpet stains that were already there. You may also want to let the host know how many cars you plan to have in the drive way as the neighbors will perceive it as a party and call if not known before.”

“Great location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, sunset cruise/ferries, veterans beach. House is large with plenty of space to hang out with friends and family. House was not as clean as I would expect, especially for the price. Two bathrooms to share for four bedrooms is difficult but the sinks in the upstairs bedrooms helped. Needs more mirrors to get ready. Provided basic amenities. Host was very responsive. ”
