“What a charming old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Ed couldn't have been nicer and greeted us as we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the house. The location was perfect for us to visit our son who is working in the area. House was super clean and our two small under 20lb. (noisy) dogs were welcome. The dresser in the bedroom is the same antique dresser I have at home!! I would stay again. We had fun watching the wild turkeys that were nearby. Thanks again Ed.”

“My family and I spent three nights here; it was a perfect long weekend on the cape. The location is second to none—you can walk to the beautiful Sandy Neck Beach and lots of local stores nearby. The house is large enough for several kids and adults to have their space. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We’ll be back for sure.”

“Great location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, sunset cruise/ferries, veterans beach. House is large with plenty of space to hang out with friends and family. House was not as clean as I would expect, especially for the price. Two bathrooms to share for four bedrooms is difficult but the sinks in the upstairs bedrooms helped. Needs more mirrors to get ready. Provided basic amenities. Host was very responsive. ”

“The house was roomy and clean. Extremely under supplied. They tell you to clean up and put away dishes but did not supply a sponge or scrubber! We had 8 people for 4 nights but only had one roll of paper towels and one kitchen towel. It is sparsely furnished. One bath towel per person and one wash cloth per couple. The pans are so warped, the stove didn't recognize there was a pan on the stove. The freezer leaked on the floor, we used our clothes to save the floor (not enough towels) and……

“This house comes as advertised. 3 big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, cold AC and a nice yard. The walking trails behind the house were perfect for the dog. You are a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Hyannis. The kitchen/living room area is a little tight for 8 people but I would definitely stay here again.”

“June 29 - July 6 Our whole family of 10 was very pleased with this house and location. It was very clean, spacious, great layout for our 3 different families and each grand was excited that they each got their own bedroom. The pool was a big hit to cool off and the kayaks were a bonus for going out on the pond. The kitchen was well stocked, even a large pot to cook lobsters. There were lots of games and activities for the teens and we all enjoyed the large fire pit. Mark, from Berkshire……
