“We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!”

“The cottage had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was perfect for day trips and the bay beach was chilly but beautiful! The town of Sandwich was lovely and we had a great dinner at the Belfrey on our last night. We'll definitely be back. ”

“Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees..”

“Everything about this place was perfect, from location to the hosts. Janet and jp went above and beyond and we cant thank them enough. They have literally thought of everything in this house! They have done a great job with renovations and it was neat to see the before pictures. Walking around the cranberry bog was very nice, it would be cool to see it during the harvest! The location is perfect. You have the best of both worlds, a beautiful lake steps away and the ocean and tons of things to do……

“The cottage was very nice, the beach was beautiful. I would go there again except my husband has been ill and it was very hard for him going up the sand dune, and not seeing ocean/ water from the house was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I wish that the dune information was made available.”
