“Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!”

“The lift cannot be used, and you can only use stair to climb up to 6 floors. Cannot store luggage when you checked out.”

“We had an amazing room overlooking the square. It was very large, clean, with great amenities. The furnishings were well appointed and fun. They supplied coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, dish, soap, and toiletries. The location was perfectly located to restaurants. TASCA DOS SAPATEIROS was an amazing little restaurant on the block behind the hotel, and we would highly recommend it. The only issue we had was getting into the building with the keypad. “Castle Inn was a quaint, clean & charming apartment in the center of the old Castle area. We felt like we were living like a local even though it is a popular tourist destination. It is very central to everything. The owners were always quick to respond & were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. ”
