“We spent our holidays in Sept. 2024 in Ralph's very beautiful cottage. The cottage is perfectly equipped - nothing is missing. Especially we enjoyed the large courtyard, which is beautifully designed with lots of plants, sunbeds, a brick grill and a seating area with a table and chairs. Ralph is a great host, very friendly and reliable. When we arrived, he gave us lots of great and useful tips about the place and the surrounding area. “Hübsches rustikales Ferienhaus, komplett privater, nicht einsehbarer aber etwas kleiner Garten mit kleinem sauberem Pool zum abkühlen. Auto kann gesichert im abschließbaren Innenhof abgestellt werden, Platz für nur ein PKW, vor dem Haus keine Abstellmöglichkeit. Zufahrt etwas sportlich durch kleine enge Gassen😁. Lage zentral in kleinem Dörfchen, aber dennoch mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kleinen lokalen Geschäften, insgesamt sehr angenehm untouristisch. Fahrtzeit zur nächsten Stadt Lourinha……

“Relativement bien 30min de Lisbonne ce qui est facilement accessible La maison est relativement équipée Une piscine et un jardin appréciable Cependant la maison a des problèmes d’humidité (mur avec des cloques) Et soucis de prise et de lumière (lumière qui ne fonctionne pas et prise complètement arrachés au mur ce qui est très dangereux avec des enfants en bas âges…)”

“I would highly recommend this place. However, if you are traveling in the winter, you should know that there is no central heating and there are only two portable electric radiators to warm the apartment. So, it got pretty cold. There is also know laundry machine, so if you are traveling with kids for a longer stay, that can be problematic. Other than those two things, the place is perfect. So if those are not an issue, then you should 100% try and book this property. ”

“Wir wurden herzlich von den Vermietern Jesida und Joao mit ihren Hunden begrüßt. Der Empfang war warm und freundlich. Im großen Garten gibt es zwei Sitzbereiche mit einer Gartenliege. Man kann sogar das Meer von hier aus sehen. Das Haus und sein Inventar ist gemütlich, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen, aber mit dem Filter ging es auch. Man ist in ca 15 Minuten am Strand. Damit man nicht die steilen Straßen gehen muss, empfehle ich die Abkürzung vom……

“We had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Mill House near Santa Cruz. Carla and her family were incredibly welcoming, generous and warm people. Right after check in we got a tour of the farm that is part of the property and her husband gave us samples of some things they grow there. Carla, her husband and daughter were extremely helpful and responsive to any little issues that came up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to the area and especially families that can take……
