“The house is laid out nicely with plenty of room for our family of 5. Lots of games in the downstairs area. We had a couple of issues caused by our group and Veronica was very helpful in getting the issues resolved and was very understanding.”

“This was a fabulous place to stay! Quiet neighborhood but still close to Mass St and KU. House was just as listed. Very clean. Really enjoyed being able to park in the garage. The only issue we had was the WiFi not working for 3 of our 5 day stay. The owner was responsive but unfortunately had to get a technician out to fix the issues so it took a few days to resolve. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!”

“We loved the house and all it had to offer. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and all the essential items in the kitchen. Plenty of nice towels, blankets, and linens. The only thing I was disappointed with was the upkeep of the yard. We chose this location as we were traveling with a pet and paid extra for that reason. But it was perfect for us as there was advertised a danced in yard. There was in fact a fenced in yard but… the grass was so high we hesitated going outside or letting her……

“I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well.”

“Location was easy to get to, next to stores, close to places to eat. If you are staying in Door Dash delivered fast. There is plenty of room for all! The enclosed sun room was a bonus as well! ”

“Very clean and nice sized bedrooms. Living area is a little small if you have a larger group but doable. Great hot water and pressure in the showers. Huge plus!If you are a washcloth person, there were no wash cloths in the lower level shower. There was only one sharp knife that wasn’t very sharp in the kitchen. If you have a large group there were only 7 forks and no hand towels in the kitchen.Coffee, filters and some seasonings were provided. Nice cabinet space in kitchen.We really appreciated……

“This was a old home in the process of being updated. The pictures showen on the web site are very old. The AC worked poorly. Furniture was broken. The BQ grill was a disaster. This was the worst VRBO we have used. I could go on and on........”

“We had 8 guys stay here when we came into town to watch a Sporting KC game. House was clean, appliances worked, nice neighborhood. About 22 minutes from the Soccer Stadium or Racetrack, Ubers weren’t hard to find. ”
